Hirwin Vasquez is originally from Ecuador. He decided to set up “Equilibrio”, a catering boutique featuring Latin American and European cuisine.
His aim is to share with people a healthy, balanced and eco-friendly cuisine, working with local and preferably organic produce to adapt them to typical, classic and international dishes.
