The “Folklore and Traditions Day” will be organized this year in collaboration with the City of Namur on Saturday April 20, 2024.
The Historical Village organized on the Place d’Armes will be a space for presenting the activities of several Namur folk groups (historical re-enactment groups and folk music and dance groups). A craft market will also be organized there.
The Folk and Traditional Procession organized in the afternoon in the streets of Namur will allow all Namur folk groups to present the richness and diversity of Namur folk cultural heritage to the public present.
The procession will end with a colorful rondeau on Place Maurice Servais, near Place d’Armes.
