Based on the reproductions of a game of cavagnole preserved at the Museum of Decorative Arts of the City of Namur, the set “Les Menus-Plaisirs du Roy” will give to see and hear the multiple facets of the leisures and occupations of the daily life in the 18th century. The magic lantern will add its luminous enchantments to the chords of the instrumentalists to draw us into a dreamlike iconosphere in which cooking recipes set to music will rub shoulders with “Fanchon la vielleuse” and curiosities exhibitors.
