Gober tout is a literary performance by Maud Joiret. It’s an exercise in admiration, an investigation into the influences at work and a questioning of what legitimacy means for a woman writer. It’s a great hunger for words, for the gaze and for the body. It translates into textual, visual and aural expression, performative, singular and collective, through the incorporation on stage of the voices of four Quebec women poets, who fuel this research.
